“There is a crack in everything.
That's how the light gets in.”

Leonard Cohen

Does anxiety feel  like a storm you can't escape?

Does it give you racing thoughts, a pounding heart, or a constant sense of unease? Are you left feeling on edge, overwhelmed, or consumed by worry about what might happen next? Life’s uncertainties can magnify these feelings, making it hard to find peace. Together, we’ll explore the fears keeping you in this cycle and develop ways to approach life with steadiness and resilience. You don’t have to face this alone—relief and growth are possible. My approach is steady and supportive, helping you make meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.

In our sessions, whether in-person at my Rockland office or via telehealth, I provide a supportive space to reflect, heal, and grow. You’ll learn to approach difficult emotions with greater ease and discover strength through change. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about reconnecting with the resilience and clarity already within you.

You don’t have to struggle alone. Taking the first step can be challenging, but it opens the door to exploring how you can live with more ease and clarity. I personally return all calls and messages, ensuring that your journey begins with care and attention. If this feels like the right time for you, I invite you to reach out.
